The company (named ’’slow and sow’’ or ’’we’’ or ’’us’’ below) operates an online-shop at the internet-address www.slowandsow.com (named ’’website’’ below). All orders placed via this website and all deliveries and services are subject to our subsequent general terms and conditions in the relevant version at the order date. Our store is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Section 2 important information
1. The goods offered on www.slowandsow.com are presented at the website as digital photographs of existing products. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. Slight differences between photographs and reality do not establish a defect of the ordered goods.
2. All idiosyncrasies, including wear, mending, and marks are part of the story of the fabric and overall garment. This is one of the parts of the natural dye process we love most, and we hope it makes each piece even more special for our customers too.
3. We continuously update the availability of our merchandise, therefore it normally corresponds to the effective stock. Nevertheless, please note that in exceptional cases goods presented on our website might no longer be available at the time of the customer’s visit to the website as well respective prices might have changed. In such improbable cases we inform the customer by email not later than the next working day after the order date.
4. We are entitled to perform partial deliveries.
5. This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.
Section 3 products or services
1. By transmitting your order via our website to us you make a binding offer to enter into the contract. Transmitting your order means that you have finalised the order by entering all requested information during the order process and sent the order form to us by clicking the ’’confirm order’’ button. The contract is entered when we send the ordered merchandise to you.
2. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. Slow and Sow is entitled to reject orders without stating any reasons, especially if there is suspicion that the goods purchased on our website are to be sold to third parties commercially. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will be corrected.
3. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. We use 1st class signed for as our normal service. We cannot track this once it is in the Royal Mail system. Notifications on track and trace will appear only if there has been an attempted delivery to your place of residence. We recommend using our express service, which is guaranteed for next day delivery.
